Jajce Turizam

AVNOJ museum is located in the southern part of Jajce.

In this building on 29 and 30 November 1943 the second took place session of the Antifascist Council of National Liberation of Yugoslavia (CIVIL) with the participation of 142 seats, and where the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatian, Serbian, Montenegro, Macedonia and Slovenia, renouncing sovereignty created part of the federal government. At the same session passed a Document: Decision on building Yugoslavia on federal principles, with full equality of its peoples and nationalities, which marked the completion of the creation of the Yugoslav state authorities. After the war, and considering the great importance for the history of the building of the former Yugoslavia, the building was again renovated 1947 and 1953 year.

In honor of this event, in Jajce is an annual event "Days of AVNOJ" 29 and 30 th November.
